I-14 Expansion
The I-14 Expansion is a Forts-to-Ports Initiative that upgrades existing highway infrastructure to Interstate standards connecting military installations across the southern US in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia and improves access to strategic seaports. The 1-14 Expansion simultaneously benefits local communities and regions with improved transportation infrastructure encouraging economic growth and prosperity while also providing alternatives routes during extreme weather events.
